1. Host and contact

2. Subject

Exclusive use of Casa Giorgio for the agreed period (max 4 guests, check-in 15:00, check-out 10:00) at the booked price.

3. Booking and payment

• Payment via Stripe; card data not stored on this site.
• You are charged only after the host confirms availability. If dates are not free, you are not charged (temporary authorization released per card rules).
• Contract formed on written confirmation with dates, price, and rules.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices in euros. Municipal tourist tax payable by the guest where due. Tax documentation issued by the host under applicable Italian short-term rental rules.

5. Cancellations

• More than 14 days before check-in: free cancellation, except non-refundable processing fees.
• Within 14 days or no-show: captured amount may be retained unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. House rules

• Max 4 registered guests; no parties without written approval.
• 80 steps, no elevator: assess mobility before booking.
• Negligence damage may be charged within legal limits.

7. Guest registration and CIN

Guest data reported to authorities (Alloggiati Web) as required. Valid ID at check-in. CIN IT065100B4G35DQ5QP.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Italian law. Courts of Salerno, subject to mandatory consumer forum rules.
